Alien Registration G-325 R
Hello Folks! My I-601A got approved and sent to NVC, I also got Documented Qualified w/ NVC. At this point I’m just waiting for a date for my Consular Interview (Brazil) to be scheduled. Do I have to register at the Alien Registration G-325R ? I’ve done fingerprints and biometrics during I-601A and DHS have all my information. It is really confusing and I would really appreciate any input . Thanks!

I’m wondering the same. my lawyer said we have to register. but at the same time her email says if you have done fingerprinting you don’t have to. 🤷🏻♀️

@Jenn Nav same situation here. My lawyer said that everything is too new. That he is not sure if will be something good or bad. But he advised to register. I also spoke to a different lawyer and she said she wouldn’t do it. I’m really confused and anxious. My only concern is the integrity of my family. really stressful times.
