Credit card Debt statement, low income for my sponsor/ wife , 3 different job offers and student debt statements

oh ok. did you actually have to send everything to the USCIS? I have also expedited my case by speaking to a congressman. I have only submitted my job offer letter to them. would that be sufficient? my PD is 09/03 and gave biometrics on 10/13. since the. case has been actively reviewing. which state is your FO?

Hello Ahmed, congratulations! I did send supproting documents to the Congrossman yesterday to experdite my EAD. I send only new job offer.. I’m the breadwinner for my family and my current job and OPT end 31st January, 2022. I have credit cards balance over 5000. do you think credit card statements support for this?

Credit cards debt will definitely help , if you have any other low funda bank account or anything that says you actually don’t have what is takes to live above poverty line will be good also keep calling your congressmen office daily

that’s what i did , mine wasn’t honestly, The lady was super nice every single time I called, they usually assign one Case worker for your case so you can have the same person to talk to everytime

yeah yeah, I have a case worker assigned for my case and she reached out to me yesterday saying my case has been referred to USCIS yesterday. it’ll be a little too much to call her again today to ask her the progress.

i know how uncomfortable i felt every time I called lol specially because she was super nice about it , But i mean it worked 🤷🏻‍♂️, I really hope you get yours accepted soon

tell me something, when you applied on Nov 17th, what did your case status change to and when did it change? just wanted to know the series of updates you had on your USCIS case status checks?

case was stuck at Actively being reviewed since I applied, I only could see the expedite status on uscis online case status tool , when you scroll down it’s supposed to show , but here on lawfully and on the online account it didn’t change at all

No ombudsman, Just uscis and Congressional

it won’t show on your Account, It’ll show here https://www.uscis.gov/case-status-redirect , put your case Number and scroll down , it’ll show you your expedite request status

actually you’d have to login/ sign-up to be able to see
