@Taranjeet kaur Docs needed from petitioner -ITR and W2 2022 -ITR and W2 2023 -ITR and W2 2024 -employment certificate -copyof greencard -copy of sscard -copy of driver’s license -copy of state id -passport copy Docs from beneficiary -birth certificate -marriage cert -cenomar -nbi clearance -passport copy the cenomar and NBI depends on the equivalent in your country. nbi is like police clearance nationwide. cenomar we call it certificate of no marriage to prove no other marriages aside from you and your spouse.

@Taranjeet kaur t so i the i864 is the primary sponsor 864A is the secondary sponsor.. i am not sure if you need the paystub but the employment of certificate should be enough as long as it states your hire date with the company and if they can put the your hourly also? i might be wrong but you can ask around.
