honestly nobody knows! I sent my RFE in almost 4 months ago and all they did was acknowledge that I uploaded it as well to the website. I have had no updates since then.

I did it myself. it was just a birth certificate copy so I told my lawyer what I was going to do and she said “ok”. it was simple.

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
