@Jackie Reyes My lawyer did it for me. A week after we got the receipt notice, she requested for an expedite. 2 months later and still no update. She then proceeded to call them for an InfoPass appointment, went to a field office the next day only to be denied an Emergency AP. A month after that, she requested for this 2nd expedite (I think through FAX), and two days later,, I was notified of this approval.
