after how many days you received your work authorization from the day you filed your case? can someone answer my question. thank you

the all process can take between 36-42 months.

@Levyton Marques you need to file I-765 or else you have to wait till your Vawa is approved which can take 3 years

@Raphael Odin Yes I filed all together so I just wanted to know after how many days I will get a work authorization as I already did biometrics for i485

@bless Emma they saying 40months now. but hopefully we all hear back something soon. I am 34 months in. filed October 2021 now on my second Ead/Ap 5yrs one that I got August 8 2024

@bless Emma you will get the 5yrs combo because the started to give those a few months back instead of the 2yrs combo. so the processing time frame is anywhere between 34 to 40 months for vawa case. everyone cases is different some might be a little earlier.

@bless Emma when u first file. it does not take days, it usually takes months. before covid if everything was filed properly with your paperwork u would get the ead around 4-6 months now it's taking 6-9months. to get the ead/ap

is this your first ead/ap @bless Emma ? if yes you just got to sit back and relax the wait is 34 to 40 months if it's not your first still gonna take the same 36 to 40months some people get it earlier everyone is different

@Nikki anydayNOW I marry since 2019 got documents send to wrong department my previous lawyer mess up after Covid everything slow down and had to appeal my case then 4 yesrs after I file Wawa because my hubby used to abusing me and hit me I have so much picture and prove so now is they first time I got work authorization and travel documents from Wawa …. but when I had married and he file for me I got word authorization valid for 2 years
