You should upload the naturalization certificate and a cover letter on your uscis account. Contact Emma and tell the agent that you upgraded from f2a to cr1/ir1 visa category.
We didn't upload anything else. Took them around 30 days to upgrade the visa class and we were approved on the day of the upgrade.
