Card production has been particularly slow lately. Lots of people reporting delays in receiving the card after approval. I have also waited for three weeks and no updates for my combo card.

don’t worry it will take 15 to 30 days ti get your card physically, it’s little slow on providing cards these days

it take some time up to 4 weeks in some cases, if it show news card produced give it like 2 weeks at least to deliver

@imo imo I meant for the renewal of the travel document....Mine was on paper...Do they just renew AP without evidence? For those who renewed theirs and got approved what was sent. I got my receipt notice for my work auth renewal and AP but I wanna know so I can prepare docs if need be.
