advice on lawsuit. f2a (lpr) spouse overseas
hello guys. need some advice. i am an lpr and applied for spouse i130 and my spouse is overseas. its been more than 2 years now and i am waiting for approval. should i file lawsuit? what is your opinion? does it work? my case is in active review for past 9 months

same case..my case been on active review since april 16, 2021 and from nebraska its been moved to potomac
