I already had my EAD when I was married, it was canceled and when I applied for VAWA I received my new EAD in 118 days, I requested the AP and it has been 208 days without an update, only that it would not be necessary to take the photos or biometrics again because they would use the last time I did it.. everything normal so far right? Process sent January 2025

yes, they’ll send you a separate card for your AP since you already received the EAD

I applied for Advance Parole on August 27, 2024. I did not apply for EAD because I have it under DACA . I’m not too sure why is taking forever to get AP approved.
