is your status now pending 485? If you already used 765 to work already then you don’t have much to lose. However, if you still maintain some kind of visa, once you use your AP, you cancel your visa status and if they deny your GC, you will loose everything.

you are good to use it inasmuch your pending i485 is still with them but adviceable you contact your lawyer to be certain how long ur file might be called for interview or reviewed so you won’t be outside the country when ds happen. but AP is very safe. I am yet to use mine but I have t read or heard anyone say anything negative using theirs. all d best.
