Advance Parole Vawa
Hi everyone
When I come back to USA does the officer stamps my AP and give it back to me or they stay with the document?
Because I see there’s just one space for a stamp where does the second stamp go if I decide to travel more than one time?

When I came back with the advance parole, officer stamped my passport as LPR, even though I only submit VaWa and got one prima facae so far. That was quite interesting. Anyone has an idea?

@hus sam so every time that I travel I will have to take the AP, it doesn’t matter that it it’s already stamp ?

mine was my passport that was stamped though n it’s a multiple one so maybe urs was an emergency AP which can only be used once

it’s quite interesting I don’t know why they wrote LPR to my passport even though my green card application is pending. in that time I even didn’t got a p facae

@Q U they will stamp as many time as u travel outside united stste and coming back in. Each time u re coming in they will stsmp it.

@Fem Fem since then it has been 7 months already and I even didn’t submit vawa that time, the officer asked me what’s this card and I said it’s advance parole, I applied green card and now it’s pending and he said ok and wrote LPR
