Advance Parole experience
Hello everyone I recently used my combo card ( it was approved a year ago) to travel to my home country- Nigeria. I didn’t use it for a long time because of the fear that re-entry into the US is not guaranteed. I decided to take the risk and go home because I hadn’t been home for almost 6 years. I was in Nigeria for 2 weeks. When I got back to the US, I was taken to secondary inspection ( most people told me to expect that). I was not asked any questions. The officer stamped my passport and told me to have a nice day. It was very easy using advance parole and I’m very happy I decided to go home.

They always take you from Secondary inspection with AP card. Depending on where you land, it can be fast or slow.
