ADVANCE PAROLE EXPERIENCE
Hi everybody. I just wanna share my advance parole experience. I went to my home country Philippines for 3 weeks and I just came back today. My port of entry was Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. CBP Officer asked me if I have a green card and I said not yet and he asked me how am I gonna get my green card. My answer was I have a family bases pending application which is i485. went to second inspection which was expected. The office just asked my address, where did I traveled and Where do I work and That's it. It was smooth. I was nervous at the beginning though but Definitely will travel again soon. Thank you ecerybody for helping me answering my questions before.

@tired from waiting , it’s good to hear , I got my AP back in April and travel for a week , now I’m in my home country again for holidays and dental work , for 4 weeks , I seen people been 2 months out , I guess as long you stay out of trouble and everything goes well it’s not problem at re-entry , in fact I haven’t hear of a single case of denial, AP it’s to travel , use it people , don’t be afraid
