I just called uscis gave them my receipt number and asked them to expedite based on "financial loss" I would literally lose my job if my visa expired. it got approved not even 5 days later. you can also "ask Emma"

my visa expired July 23rd and I send the request end of June! almost a month after biometrics, got approved quickly maybe one week

no! it was just a phone call to uscis and I noticed my app updated a few days later.
