Advance Parole
I have been in the country illegally for 2 years and am now applying for a marriage green card. If my I-131 (Advance Parole) is approved, will I have any problem leaving the country with that document and returning before my green card is approved?

you have to have an emergency or you may be stuck outside of the country n put your green card in jeopardy. many have been refused reentry before because it is only for emergency use. like a family sick to death etc.

not true. there is an emergency advance parole and there is a regular advance parole. you don’t have to have an emergency if you have the regular parole.

I personally was out of status for 2 years and my advance parole was approved. I traveled out of the country and came back with no issues. people are saying using AP is dangerous but that’s not true. you won’t be issued AP if you don’t qualify. it is always safe to travel with AP. only make sure it doesn’t expire whiles you outside the US.

don’t lessen to any one here who till you negative words like dangerous, refuse to back , not allowed to travel.
firstly, I personally travel 6 times within 3 months no single issue . with my temporary green card .
secondly, United States immigration when they give you advance parol that mean you have permission to travel and you good to go , but i don’t know why people wanted to make drama when they say it dangerous. don’t lessen to them please 🙏

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com
There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators.
Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community.
Search Inmigrate USA.
I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida.
Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien.
Thanks!!!
