It will be a card if you filled for work permit same time…if not it will come as a piece of paper with your picture on it…5-7 days to receive it on hands.

I have the same situation, I applied for AP on July 2021 and I am still waiting. I contacted my congressman and 15 days later he got a response from uscis saying that it’s outside of processing time and they will be giving me a response within 30 days… let’s see if that’s true!
