@Angela Reiff I wouldn’t risk it. chances are that you will be allowed to reenter the US… but why take the chance when you’re so close to the finish line?

@Angela Reiff same question all the time. You were given AP for a reason, use it and stop being scared.

I mean i was exited about getting my travel document but once you reas all that says in there it makes you feel so vulnerable that you don’t even what to travel.

@Angela Reiff nothing is guaranteed in life. I overstayed 3 years and have used AP multiple times with no issues. it’s up to you if you choose to be scared and not use it. Merry Christmas

You'll be fine. The disclaimer on the document is for everyone. That is saying CBP has the final word because they do the inspections and if you're doing illegal business then you will not be allowed to enter or if your i-485 if denied while you are outside you will not be allowed back in.

@Sergio Garcia yes i actually did, no questions were ask. they let me go with my husband in the citizens line. they took his info first and when it was my turn they kept my passport , they just took a picture of me and finger prints, after that they direct both of us to “the room” that actually looks like a dmv waiting are. not even 4 mnts whent by when the officers called my name and i wenr to the window and he handed me my parol and passport and told me have a great day. that was it, we took our stuff al left. this was at Fort Lauderdale airport.
