I’m principal applicant for my IR1 visa. My wife is a US Citizen. Case Details are mentioned below.
Visa Type : IR1
Priority Date : 18th August 2020
Documentary Qualified : 17th February 2022
Interview Date : 05th December 2023
Interview Location : US Embassy Islamabad 🇵🇰
Interview went very well. I gave honest and correct answers to every question that Counsellor Officer asked. I even showed him original Birth Certificate of our daughter issued from government of USA. He issued me 221G & DS5535 and gave me my passport back. I have replied to the DS5535 questionnaire on very next day. I don’t have any travel history though. It’s been more than 140 Days Since my interview and still I’m waiting for my visa.
We are parents of a cute girl. She’s 3 years old now. My wife is expecting our 2nd baby in September 2024.
I just want to get information from you is there any way to expedite my visa at this stage? or what can I do now to be with my family because they are in dire need of me. I shall be very thankful if you please help me in this hard times. I need guidance from you.

Have seen many such cases on forums. Many people sued and got the visas. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

Mandamus Law Suite is very expensive. We really can’t afford it. It is 5000 to 7000 USD $

there is one lawyer in California he only charges 1k , u first pay $500, and then another $500 once u come to America.

can search up red eagle law lc on google and get the contact details. I am also planning to use him for my husband as well. rhey also gave him Ds5535 because he came to America 5 times before. it’s been almost 2 months that we are in AP.
