NBC or FIELD OFFICE, all depend on if your case needs interview or not…If no Interview then NBC request MEDICAL and send your GC, if interview required then FO sends you a notice to come in for interview. Though some who transferred their I-485 that their case already at FO just have medical requested by FO if interview waived

@Yana Yana From my experience mostly those who has been to the interview once before don’t get interviewed again, but because those who got GC so far with initial interview done in marriage got waived and those who didn’t attended one that they ask yes or no question. @m m I’m waiting just like you lol I got approved Dec 14th and my i485 submitted at Vermont with VAWA changed to Fingerprint applied again so just waiting.. But for sure NBC produces all cards

@Kenny Kenny thanks, my vawa was approved October 2019 and since then I’m being waiting for my adjustment, I asked my lawyer to send an inquiry after that this happened, they transferred my case, is exactly 5 years since I started this process. I was able to travel with AP but last time I tried to renew was 2 years ago and they didn’t approve or denie it yet 🤯😢
