Adjudication timeline after I485J interfiling fee waived
Hi,
Whats the typical adjudication timeline once I485J interfiling fees are waived? I believe adjudicating officer at FO will have to make a decision.
Interview waiver eligible and medicals also submitted.
Currently at SFV FO since March 26 2022.

My case also transferred from TSC recently don’t know where? Iam waiting for a notice.(EB2-1) it’s been a 3 weeks I got a receipt notice of 485J.

My case was transferred but my derivative case is still stuck at TSC.don’t know how they are processing the cases.

guys need suggestions-
-PD Jan 2013 -
-we downgraded EB 2 —>EB 3
-our PD became current couple months back.
- in April 2022 we got our GC EAD
- 2 days back i140 got approved in EB3
now as our PD is current in EB2 so we did Interfiling. what happens next. ???
m worried if we will miss our GC? also GC EAD we got that’s in EB3 or EB2 category??

My case is same as you.I also got GC ead in eb3 category last year in the month of Aug2021. and My I 485 case was at TSC. dates were retrogressed so I moved to eb2 in the month of Jan.Recently In the month of Jan Uscis asked us to file for I485J to montclair CA so I filed in the month of Feb.I got a receipt notice for that on April 1St. and My case is transferred to NBC from TSC. on April 26th.so waiting

In your case I can’t say anything because Uscis are moving dates so fast in eb2 category.after sep 2022 they will retrogressed definitely next I think eb3 will move forward..one thing I need to Know which service center is ur case processing if it is Nebraska and Texas I can’t guarantee that u will get GC soon.I have little bit hope in Nebraska center.But if ur case is at National benefit center definitely u will get ur green card by the year end.My assumption.

my case is in SRC Texas. we did Interfiling recently. as we are approved in both EB2 and 3 so which ever becomes current should help us right?

@shami, Interfile means you moved out of eb3 chain and moved to eb2
