@Atharv A do not worry as long as you have done it online. firstly my address was changed after more than a month of my request. furthermore my spouse’s address was changed after a month from the date of my address change. the only option is to speak with an agent and ask for a tier 1 officer.

@Regular guy thanks for info. for your spouse did you submit the request or automatically change? its been 2 months for my case i sent 2 times but no update.

@Regular guy for my spouse online request submitted multiple times but error out all the time saying personal information mismatch. there after I sent AR11 hard copy twice in a month gap. its been a month again and Friday when I checked with the emma, says not updated. i noticed 2 years back spouse case updated with name update. that may be causing online mismatch. Did you send hard copy ? what was the online address Change request status when you submit?

@Atharv A no I did not send any hard copy. I checked up on a lot of forums and gathered that online update is the best and only way and that one has to be patient coz there is no status update or confirmation or acknowledgment of the entry. I did take a screenshot of my online submission as a record in case. the only status update I received is when it finally got updated and that message was “Address Changed”
