logged onto my account hoping to see my case as i always do but it says add case. it asked for an access number which i don’t have and date of birth . why am i seeing this? am i the only one?

I requested an access code, for a minute I thought I was alone in this, all my cases are gone, not only they keep you in pins and nidles waiting, then they go and do this I am LMAO now but it did scared the bjesus outta me for a minute
