actively reviewing
my case has been actively reviewed since August 18th. I filled for i130 on the 29th of March 2023. I’m hoping by March 29th of next year they approve it or even sooner. anyone else experiencing this?

I filled February 21st 2023. First actively review August 18 2023. Waiting for the 2nd actively review. they’re approving January and February 2023 cases at the moment

the 2nd activity review means that a decision has been made and a document should be uploaded. usually takes 1-3 days after you get an active review notification
