action taken on case(average time?)
what is the average time people tend to wait until something shows up in documents tab once action taken email was sent? I'm coming up on my 6 day(mar 20, 2023) and email was sent mar 14, 2023. seems like it's longer than average from what i read I'm a little under 16months so my time is around now but nothing is in account as of yet
also don't say check documents tab as I always check all of them everytime I check account

yeah idk why it takes longer on some than others... someone else commented and told me on another post that sometimes the background checks can take longer on some

@Michael J congrats. still no updates but I suspect it my background. well I know for a fact it is. there is a disconnect between us is and CBP. I am sent to Secondary screening everyone I enter the US for an arrest 12 years ago that resulted in a withdrawal by the Crown. I am patiently awaiting the approval.

I just entered USA Today and they gave so much problems. I am convinced that they don’t know the law. I have a TN visa now they are saying I should apply for adjustment of status. why would I when I don’t live there and I don’t need any status adjustment? I work and go home to Canada. also, it is a breach of the TN to have dual intent. when I clearly don’t have since I leave after my work and my petition is consular which mines I intend to leave and do my interview outside of United States.

@J C I don’t mind to wait to get approval cause I am not married for 2 years so if approved I will get a conditional GC, i don’t want to be bother with i751 and the fees attached.
they can hold on to my approval till end of year. I literally live and work here and travel back and forth.
