check in your documents when you log into USCIS usually they will have the documents there prior to anything. if its not there just keep checking that.

The live agent never knows. but maybe they change your case to another office. when they send me that message, that was the action they take in my case. and it never was reflected in the page

@Karina Swabis i got same emails month ago and i talked to live agent she said my case is ready for schedule interview but not scheduled yet and 1 week later they send notice in documents tab for interview scheduled maybe same for you but that’s good this you seen some movement on your case hope for best
