To give your case weight in evaluation, you may not know the desk or officer where your file will land , that officer reviewing your file ,may demand for it. why not save yourself the stress of RFE and submit it, if you can. My humble opinion.

Check PSYCHOLOGICAL therapist in your location, and I believe you can negotiate pricing with them. Every case is different and location varies.

my psychological evaluation cost me 1200 dollars

just go to your regular emergency room walk in tell them why u are there explain to them and they will recommend you to some one. if it's at the hospital and u don't have insurance there is always a way to just pay a small fee depending where u reside.. and they will see you. Not sure if u sent in alot of heavy weight evidence but your lawyer will tell u if u need it just to build up your case more.

I think your lawyer should have psychologist he collaborates with , or works with , in terms of referring his clients ,especially Vawa.
