Interesting. I have thdd RC same question. many have replied that there is absolutely no problem… one can travel with i131. Some say to consult the lawyer before leaving the country.

it depends whether you were out of your visa status or not before filing for the AOS

I traveled twice with i-131 without issues, Just don't bring any food item inside your bag when coming in, so you don't attract any unnecessary questions or delay, answer questions respectfully, when asked reason for travel.

They might ask you reason for travel, you can responed with family and business, its very valid, dont stay long, come in with only your personal belongings, remember don't bring food items. you can always buy what you need here, regards.

i mean… did you have illegal presence in the us before you applied for your adjustment of status? I got my EAD and I want to travel but I’m kinda afraid to do it since I had a little bit over a year of illegal presence when I submitted my case to USCIS.

@R South, they knew you over stayed before they approved your i-131, if you don't have a "criminal record " you should be fine, however dont stay too long on your trip, wishing you best of luck and God protection.
