Hey 👋 I just mailed mine beginning of March and sent a cover letter outlining what I was filing with my name and Alien #, including evidence of bonafide marriage since our marriage date up until present date since becoming a LPR. *check for $750 (must be on top of documents) *cover letter signed by both my USC husband and I. *G-1145, request for e-Notification *Copy of marriage certificate *Copy of front and back of Permanent Resident Card * Copy of 3 years worth of Tax Return Transcripts (Married filing jointly status) * Copy of Bank & Credit Union Joint Account Statements (2022-2025) * Copy of Auto Insurance ID listed as driver * Copy of health insurance cards & benefits * Cooy of water bill payment January 2025 * Cooy of photo evidence with family and friends (2021-2025) * Copy of tickets to events - ballet, baseball game and flight show. I only sent them the copy of the marriage certificate as I wanted to have my IDs switched to my married name. It worked as they sent my I797 NOA in my married name! Hope this helps🙂

hey I just submitted the last 3 months bank statement on our names the last recent 3 years tax returns the lease a gym membership! is that okay for enough evidence thanks!
