you have to call around. check with all the civil surgeons that uscis approves in your area. I personally had to travel out of state because some places were saying &1200, $800 etc the ones that were like &350 didn’t have any appointments early enough. i eventually got it done for $230. just call around

I recommend you to go to a website called "EasyIME", it's a platform to find approved physicians and you can see their costs, what includes, everything. You can compare each one and select the more convenient for you. I'm in Miami, I just paid $140 dollars.

They make the appointment for you and everything. you don't have to pay extras

mine in NYC was $250. any needed vaccination was extra.

mine was done at queens for $200 and $150 for children. if u don’t want to pay any additional money other than what I just mentioned. just ensure u take ur flue shot and Covid vaccine before going their for free from ur hospital. else u will have to pay extra for these addition vaccine which is compulsory to complete the Medicals
