honestly no idea, best you can do is wait for the notice and go based on that

you can call uscis and ask an agent why you were denied.

I think they can tell you what’s been sent out thou. I had issues with my online account never updating and have to call every 2-3 months and the agent updates on my bio taken/applied etc etc Either way don’t lose faith, people get denied and reapply and it’s fine. Get a good lawyer and do what you need to

I was also denied application in 2016 and just recently refiled. just refile and never appeal. I appealed after 2yrs still denied. ur best route is wait for the notice and address it in your next application

did they separate you and your spouse in interview?

and dhaval between 2018 and now they did not even sent an intent to deny notice .. denied after 3 yrs how stupid that sounds .. ugh ..

Dhaval, you need a very competent lawyer. There is this lawyer that only takes complicated cases. His name is Prakash Khatri and he was the Ombudsman from President Bush era. He is expensive, but this is the determination you need to make. If you can afford him financially then he will very honestly handle your case. His consultation is $350 and he will tell you the charges etc. going forward. Google him and see if you can speak with him.
