about delivered RFE for I-485
hello guys my RFE medical for I-485 delivered and pick up one week ago but still not get response from uscis ! still showing RFE request and it’s they send me RFE on nov 19th it’s one month now ! please let me know how long it’s take to get response from uscis

I mailed it to them in October 9 , uscis received on October 10 . still nothing showed on their system

they got 60 days to answer so wait nothing to worry until you got the confirmation from usps says delivery and sign by a person at the office

and don't forgot, holidays are here as well so everything will slow down. Try calling them on Monday

@ppppp ppp I sent my medical on Wednesday, December 11, and status was updated on Monday, December 16 that USCIS received response to RFE. But I sent it to NBC not local office
