A doubt
Hey everyone! So I finally received the prima facie, and my lawyer says I can get a driver's license. Is there any other benefit I can apply for, or do I need to submit another form? I'm a little confused, so if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

I think our timeline is similar however I asked this question recently, I think the drivers license will depend on the state you’re in, I know you should be able to apply for students aid and I think food stamps, I’m still not 100% sure but that’s what I’ve been told

Thank you for the information! Does anyone know if I can apply for advance parole? I haven't seen my family in 8 years, and in that time I lost my parents. I really want to be able to go see my brothers, nephews and relatives

you should be able to get your Driver's license and all other state aids based on your state of residence. And you should have already applied for EAD and Advance Parole along with your I 360 VAWA application. you should have had it approved right around the time you got the prima facie determination.
