@H N thanks for your suggestion., I think in my case is not worth it, as NIW ain’t current, I have no more resources to invest into this, and the average time is about 10 months now. Also I’ve been looking around other forums of people who got RFE or Denied, after requesting PP. So based on all of this, I have to keep faithfully waiting…

i have a question did you receive the notice of action I-797C? I sent my application through mail in June and is still nothing from the office. I’m so worried.

Why did you choose NIW over EB 1? I guess you are a good candidate for EB 1

same here, 276 days and counting, seems Nebraska has slowed down a bit

@Yes EB thank you, and About the EB1-A, it’s a bit more complicated to apply, I’ve seen some researchers (my field), that apply with similar profiles and get denied, and the reason is that for us, the major factor is the impact of the work on EB1, and to reach it we need at least 2k citations in average (that can be variable depending on what else you have),to prove it. So even though my books and my research experience are good points to prove knowledge, to prove impact seems to be a bit more of work. And of course, the other factor is that I don’t have enough resources for it, now., So I’m going to have to wait, aiming that positive answer.
