@Alexa Lima was at NBC for 17 months and sitting at FO 12 months now. Sent an inquiry and was told it’s processing normally. 80 percent of case process within 17.5 months at my FO.

@Baby Love we are in the same situation i got an rfe as well my i130 was approved about a year ago them about a month it come out actively review do this is crazy bc my rfe was about financial support and i sent that already with more than the amount is required so if the question was the money so it should be cleared already

@fernando p I filed my I-130 back in 2017 it took 17 months when I did my interview I got the approval within 3 days. Hopefully I won’t have to do another interview for my adjustment.

@fernando p October 2023 I got an email from NBC requesting my medical then my case was transferred to my FO in December 2023 no update since.
