@M C how is it going? did your 485 get approved? I’m asking because my case is in June 2023 as well and our processing timeline is somewhat similar. My 131 and 765 just got approved this week.

@Tiny Flower going good and you? no approval yet my PD is Apr 2022 which is not current unfortunately. hopefully it becomes current in January 2024 visa bulletin

@M C it is a relief for us, but we still have some trauma to deal with (long story between layoff and gc approval). We are also waiting for my spouse, a dependent application, to get approved. Anyway, we can start thinking about visiting our home country this year for real 😌 how about you? since we have a similar timeline, I think you might be getting it soon too.

@Tiny Flower i can only imagine the relief. my wife and two kids are dependents of my application too. sorry to hear of the layoff, but happy to hear you can plan to visit your family soon😀 i wish your dependent gets their GC soon too! me.. still case remains pending 😔 i check 10 times per day. says the same thing every time. hard to make long term plans when your future is uncertain. i will try to stay optimistic but, you know better than anyone, it’s difficult to keep that positive frame of mind.
