@ Hi 👋
Even with the 75-country situation, USCIS can still approve your I-130 and move it to NVC. The key is preparing everything correctly now so you don’t lose months later due to delays, document issues, or country-specific rules.
I help couples in the same situation get clear timelines, exact next steps, and a mistake-free NVC/consular process.
If you want clarity instead of guesswork, reply with:
• Your spouse’s country
• I-130 status
I’ll tell you exactly what to do next.

@Chelsea Wright what do you think about the average time of this banned 75 country what do you expect, thank you

@Chelsea Wright Algeria, and i only got the receipt notice.
Majida El MirJan 27, 2026
it is not a ban, it's a pause, it is temporary but we don't know when they will open again, it is kinda like the government shutdown. it is for a period of time.
Chelsea WrightJan 28, 2026
@ Thanks for sharing. For Algeria, you’re still looking at normal USCIS timelines from receipt. The smartest move now is preparing early so once approved, you don’t lose extra months at NVC. I can outline exactly what to do now to stay ahead.

@الحمد لله It’s not a ban, it’s a pause, but USCIS processing time is not affected. Most I-130s are still taking 10–14 months on average. The real delays happen after approval if cases aren’t prepared correctly. That’s where strategy matters.

@Majida El Mir Exactly, and pauses change without notice. That’s why cases that are fully prepared early move faster once things reopen. Most delays I see come from missing documents or wrong NVC submissions, not the pause itself.

@ be careful with contacting anyone who is not an attorney on your case. I saw a post that clearly accused @Chelsea Wright has a fraud. So be careful of the info you spill out.

@It's well Please be careful with unverified claims. There is no proof of what you’re saying. If anyone believes I’ve scammed them on this platform, they should present clear evidence, not hearsay.
Spreading accusations without facts is misleading and unfair. Let’s keep discussions factual and respectful.

@Chelsea Wright I am a Nigerian married to a US Citizen, my case is I-751, submitted on the 23rd December 2025 via online, received my Notice/48 months extention, had my biometrics already & waiting.
Chelsea WrightJan 29, 2026
@Jennie . Thanks for sharing. Based on what you’ve described, your I-751 case is progressing normally. Receiving the 48-month extension and completing biometrics are key milestones meaning USCIS has accepted your filing and moved you into the adjudication phase.
At this stage, it’s mostly about monitoring updates, responding quickly if USCIS asks for anything, and making sure your marital evidence remains strong to avoid delays or RFEs. If you want, I can review your case timeline and evidence strategy so you know exactly what to expect next and how to stay ahead.
