Per lawfully app 27.27% of January 2024 applications have been approved. That’s more than any other month since 2022. of course this is per lawfully app.

that is not fair for us that been waiting already years,

@Alma Canelo @Nana J @Matt G I completely agree with all you if here. I had to wait for 3.5years for mine. other then lawfully app results, are there any other source to see?

@Matt G I wouldn't pay much attention to the 27.27 lawfully is showing. Lawfully app is only considering information that has been entered here and not over all USCIS data. Example: If four applications have been enter here and 1 has been approved that shows 25% of the applicants. I agree that 1 or any applications adjudicated this year is wrong but there's nothing we can do.

I agree William but like you said any approvals this year already is very upsetting as some people have waited years with no updates.

brother you shouldn’t be checking your case this early it turns into anxiety after, your time will come don’t worry 😀 also percentages on lawfully is not correct some people file it wrong than it shows as final decision. I filed mine on sep 20 still waiting hope you all get yours soon

@Georgio Thank you Georgio, this waiver Is for my mother. I did mine in 2018 and it was very quick. I fear her wait time will be long, she hasn’t been back in over 25 years. she still has her mother there and we’re trying to do everything we can to get her there while her mother is still alive so they can see each other.
