@waiting another day I really was ! 781 days to get my 131 approved :) when it was 600 days of wait, I made service request, got answer , that it was processing normally 😅 Frgot about it , and in 781 it was approved 🤣

@waiting another day I did 10 times nothing happened. they told me they are processing the cases before me

I didn’t apply for I-131 I applied for I-485-i-765 and I-130 I got aproved for work permit 6 months later but at 700 days I applied for inquiry nothing happened so I my husband (citizen) contacted our congressman and 2 days later uscis send me Rfe and began again to work in I-130 and I-765

@green2023 g You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
