mine is 04 November,2020. I know almost 50 plus people between this PD. All of them are waiting since July when PD was current.

At this moment what I feel is they just don’t wanna give GC . They only want us to suffer and give us hard time . Many People whose priority date is already current from 2020 haven’t got their Gc yet . Uscis is just lieing and wasting our time . Everything is depended on their mood . They don’t care about any data or no of available gcs.

I’m really confused too because according to USCIS official data from last year they had about 44k cases all together till Nov 2023. It’s been about almost 3 years since retrogression and they are still stuck in 2020. 40k backlog(official data) should be now at least less then 20K if they have used all 10K EB3 EW visas each year since retrogression started

@sam young personally I think they purposely slow it down and don’t want to give us GC as it is too unfair for the long waiting. I don’t know if Trump is going to be better but the current president or Democrat makes it hard for AOS and favor CP. There is no reason to stop advancing PD after October.

@Alex brown Sorry just saw your msg ! I have received medical RFE AND sent back to them and it was received by USCIS on September 10th (According to DHL Tracking). However I haven’t received any update yet on the app. Still shows that RFE sent but it doesn’t show RFE RECEIVED!!!! Still waiting. How about u? Any updates?
