485J nurse
Please any nurses that did change your employer and filed for 485J, I really need your help. I may have to change employer and would like to know if it will affect my greencard application? will there any steps you have to do beside send the 485J application? Thank you so much

Hi there, I just did that, as far as I have researched there shouldn't be any additional steps after submission of a completed i485j. I am still waiting on on my PD to be current.

commenting here to stay on the loop. i am also thinking about changing the employer. However, I haven’t found an employer willing to do i-485 J. What are the steps that need to be taken to file I-485 J? Also, did you guys change the employer on the same state or different state? Thank you for your time
