485J delay
i have approved i 140, PD current this month, i am a nurse and employer delaying for 485J, but did not say no to it.If it gets delay whats my option to file 485 ?also i worked on OPT and CPT at same employer same designation same unit ,for last 3 months i was on educational leave as i am also doing masters and university now dont give more CPTs so i was on leave by HR they did noy want me to resign but manager did not hold my position ,as when i was on leave the PD was not current ,after 2 month it is now ,HR still working hard to get it settled with employers law team.i dont know whats the delay .i have appointment set with lawyer but takes some days.If anyone has any experience plz help me out.Thanks

and also i dont know why your employer said this cuz this ban is for new applicants ,"The policy applies to visa issuance at consulates abroad, not to individuals legally residing in the U.S. for the last 5 years" so if you are here they should not say no ,i dont know your status of now

@AA N my employer just refused to release the 485J and said they can't file. I am at lost of what to do.
