hello I received email stating that we have taken action on your case and needs your attention on 8/8, but there is no update (I checked document tab) today I asked Emma if there is any update, but live agent told me there is no update. I saw a lot of post, and it often leads to RFE, but I do not have update for 3days. anyone has experienced this before? thanks,

I received an action taken email with API update on Jun-17 but couldn’t see any update and it has just stayed under review sincw

same thing here. I heard many people had a simlar experience and there isn’t much we can do but wait.
