@ADRIANA MG was the emails after you replied to RFE? if so you probably have a few weeks to wait again. Good luck you’re close though

hi Mo, thanks for commenting, I was never required for an interview or FE. in fact got emails saying it wasn’t necessary.. my last update was in December when I got the “my case was being actively reviewed” and step 4/4 but it’s been almost two months and nothing has happened since

same here I never got an email about it but am at step 4 maybe over 2 months what’s your field office ?

@ADRIANA MG, same here I filled just 31st January 2025 and my case on stage ,actively reviewed since on 6th Feb,,though was denied before but refilled and using my A number.

@Frank wisdom yea, it’s frustrating because basically our cases are being reviewed and we’re at the last step.. somehow takes them forever to decide?? doesn’t make any sense .. but we’re on this together 😣.. the time will come 🙌🏻

yeah hopeful we will hear from them,,live agent told too interview been waived but I didn't get any email from them

@ADRIANA MG Hi, when did you have the last update from them? I’m asking because I’m in the same situation. i got the email and my progress tab when to 4 (case decision).

@Lua A. this was December 6th, stating I was at stage 4/4 basically waiting for a decision .. that’s taking forever for them to take apparently 🥹🥴.. good luck 🍀.. hopefully we both get a response soon
