485 not transferred
my Vawa was approved late June 2024 and my Vawa hasn’t been transferred yet. is it because my ex is a resident or because I waived the fees? I’ve done 2 inquiries so far and no answer. I called and they said a Tier 2 would call me within 30 days and that was 2 weeks ago. What can I do?

Am in the same shoe as you. My vawa got approved June 2024 and no update yet. I have contacted my congressman nd even uscis, but no news yet.

Am also in the same shoe, my vawa got approved may, 2024 haven't got any update yet..if I may ask if possible rfe for medical come up, would there any update on the app or letter in the mail only.

Have some patience guys , you will hear back from uscis soon , if you following the posts for long time you know there are few people waiting since 2019-2020 for their I-485 , my i360 was approved in march & I’m still waiting
