I’d try to place a service request with them. Another way is to contact your congressman so that they inquire with uscis. Sometimes a case needs a little push

the 485 cannot be finalized until the underlying petition is approved. Your i140 was approved fairly recently. You are ROW. If you already submitted your medicals and did biometrics, your green card should land this year still. You already did the long wait for the i140 adjudication (take it you did not follow premium route). Almost there!!

@B M , did you update your I-140 to PP in between or it got approved under regular processing?

same boat as you but 485 for more than 700+ days now. 140 approved under pp. submitted online inquiry before but didnt receive any response. emma said to submit another one and wait another 60 days lol contacted congressman now. hopefully i get a positive reaponse this time
