I submitted my application in July 2024, and I've been waiting until now without receiving my green card. I submitted my documents through NBC, and my case is currently in California. How much longer do I have to wait? Is there anyone who has gone through the same experience as me

I believe you can file a write of mandamus, but you need to consult an attorney first.

Same here. Receipt July 1st 2024. Congressman got reply that my case is in NBC on June 4th 2026. Senator got update that my case is in San Diego (I'm in Miami) on June 10th 2026. don't know whom to beleive. planning WOM anyway at the beginning of July.
