@gigglening lee Form I-485: The average processing time for an I-485 at the NBC is about 8 to 14 months. we pass that.

@gigglening lee I am so sorry you have to go through this, i know its alot. I also filed concurrently. I did premium processing. I140 was RFE then approved in 28 days. got work permit in 65 days then that's it. No update from September 2023 only in December 2023 i heard case transfered to NBC that's it.

@gigglening lee hi, my priority date is Nov 2022 and since October is in Nov 2022 my case status is Pending! exactly I see cases that they get approved very fast, my case is in National services center, I am not sure if that affect to be faster o no! I am sorry to hear that you have been waiting over 500 days, everything will be fine but waiting is horrible! I have a friend in the same case and now she need to change her employer and i don't know if this can affect her process

@gigglening Lee. When i see the fast approvals it stresses me out. I am here thinking how unfair it all is.
