@aiphy yogs if 42b is approved they don’t need c10 they need to apply i-485 and get their C09. c10 is for anyone in removal proceedings, 42b terminates those proceedings. @Jessie J once you and your lawyer get the signed 42b you should be good to re-apply your i-485 and make sure to attach that termination letter. unless the judge approved you AOS, if they did then you should expect your greencard in the mail, within 30days.
