42b granted vawa cancellation of remo
EOIR website says my application was granted on Dec 11 2024.
My lawyer said we need to wait the immigration court to send the paperwork to USCIS, but I read online we can get a copy at the immigration court and schedule an appointment info pass with them and ask them to adjudicate since I already have filed a i485. Is this how this works?

I’m so happy for you. How did you do the vase cancelation of removal, how long did it take and how long have you been in removal proceedings. I filed for vawa June 2024 and I am in removal proceedings, my lawyer is yet to file for vawa cancelation, please can you tell me more about yours. thank you @t Swhhss

@Onyame Ba Tumtum ahof3 took long 4. years. we filed and sent all evidence and I went to all hearings about 3 1/2 years ago then I was just sitting down and home and then I saw an update at the EOIR website

@blessed & favored we have filed an adjustment of status based on my immigration court case 42b I believe. we collected fingerprints and did all the stuff almost 3 years ago
